New for 2011 – Revenue Masterclass
This year's ACI Airport Exchange will also feature a Revenue Masterclass. Hosted by Simpliflying, this workshop will look at how social media can be effectively used by airports, airlines, and concessionaires to increase revenue and drive brand awareness.
Social Events
Airport Exchange is renowned for its social events and this year our hosts, the Abu Dhabi Airports Company, will treat delegates to two outstanding evenings of Arabic entertainment. Taking place at two of the national landmarks with Abu Dhabi, the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr and the Emirates Palace, they will allow delegates to network in a relaxed atmosphere whilst enjoying the world renowned Arabic hospitality.
