The Elenium Automation team is looking forward to meeting clients and friends at ACI Airport Exchange at our sponsored meeting area. We will be on hand to discuss our Voyager concept and our goal for friction less travel in the future. Voyager, developed in partnership with Amazon Web Services and Etihad Airways, aims to make the airport experience truly seamless. Using biometrics, voice recognition, cloud technologies and artificial intelligence Voyager eliminates the need to scan boarding passes, manual data entry and confusing user interfaces, benefiting all the stakeholders in the passenger journey.

Why should visitors come to your stand and what can they expect to see?

Our customers tell us that our portable kiosk and 3-second bagdrop have a made a difference to their operations and their passengers experience. Alongside this FTE have highlighted us as one of the top innovators with our Voyager concept. We would like to share these solutions with our colleagues at ACI Airport Exchange in our meeting area.

Which technology or trend do you think will have the biggest impact on the air transport industry in 2019?

Smart use of data and artificial intelligence will continue to make a major mark in the ATI in 2019. Improving commercial and operational capabilities, deeper personalization and customer experience will be at the top of every airline and airport agenda. At the same time, voice will start to make its mark in improving the customer experience, not only through the use of bots, which was started 2 years ago, but also in enabling the processes at the airport with the ability of technology to guide the passenger in their native language.
