• Conference Rooms

  Each of the conference rooms are available for sponsorship and provides a unique opportunity to market to delegates attending our industry conferences (remove reference to the number 7)

  • Large branded banners either side of the screen in the conference room.
  • Branding on all directional signage.
  • Opportunity to place company literature on chairs in the conference room, pens, note paper etc.

• Internet Station

  The Airport Exchange Internet station is available for sponsorship and provides a further opportunity to expose your brand in this busy part of the exhibition floor. This package includes:

  • Large branded banners either side of the internet station.
  • Branding on all directional signage.
  • Opportunity to place set homepage of internet stations to company website.

All of our Platinum packages include:

• Pre-show marketing in show issue of official ACI EUROPE publication, Communiqué Airport Business – which is mailed to 10,000 decision makers and also distributed in delegate packs.
• Opportunity to display company literature around the exhibition and in the registration area.
• Your logo on all marketing HTML emails, which are received by some 20,000 airports and industry leaders.
• Official ACI EUROPE sponsorship recognition, including name and logo on all future promotional material including the on site show guide.
• Company logo on the large holding slide presented as a platinum sponsor which is displayed in the conference room.

• Lunch Sponsorship

  ACI EUROPE Airport Exchange is renowned for high quality catering and lunches, which provide a chance to relax and network within the exhibition area. With over 1500 attendees expected in 2010, the catering points provide a chance for some very high impact marketing to include:

  • Scripted announcement by the session chairman in each conference room prior to lunch announcing and thanking the sponsor.
  • Strategic signage at the catering points to include banners and pop up stands for the duration of the lunch you are sponsoring.
  • Opportunity to personalise the catering equipment i.e. napkins, flags.

• Delegate Bags

  All delegates are provided with a high quality delegate bag containing all of the essential documents for the show, including transport schedules, Show Guide, delegate lists etc… This bag is therefore necessary to every single delegate and the sponsorship includes:
