Airport Exchange Recommended Hotels

There are a number of hotels within close proximity to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC), the venue for the conference and exhibition, and ACI has reserved discounted rates at a number of ACI recommended hotels which can be requested through our hotel booking agency Hala Abu Dhabi.

November is an extremely busy time in Abu Dhabi and discounted rates are available for a limited period only, after which they are subject to availability and the best available rate at the time. Please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Discounted flights and visas

The official carrier for ACI Airport Exchange is Etihad Airways who are offering discounted flights to all event attendees. In addition, those who book their flights with Etihad Airways will simultaneously be able to request a visa for entry into the UAE should it be required.

If you require a visa, please apply AS SOON AS POSSIBLE to ensure there is sufficient time for your application to be processed.

Aloft Abu Dhabi
